OK Win Password Checker: Make One Hard to Guess

Updated 8 October 2026 · 5 minute read

Type a password and the checker says how many guesses it might take, which habits give it away and how long that lasts against four kinds of attacker. It also makes a random one. A strong password still fails if you type it into the wrong page.

Tool · runs in your browserNothing is uploaded

An invented example is loaded. Nothing you type leaves this page: it is not sent, stored or put in a link. If you are not sure you can trust a page with your real password, and that goes for this one too, test a look-alike built the same way: another name, another year, the same symbol.

Try an example:
Very weakrating of the invented example “password123”
48guesses if the attacker knows the usual habits
1.3 × 10¹⁷guesses if the attacker tries every combination blindly
less than a secondto reach it, at 10 billion a second (a stolen password file)
2kinds of habit found in it

The invented example “password123” is rated very weak: it has 11 characters and holds a very common password and counting up or down. An attacker who knows those habits needs about 48 guesses; one who tries every combination blindly needs about 1.3 × 10¹⁷.

Make a password

Made in this page with your browser’s secure random numbers (crypto.getRandomValues). It is shown here and nowhere else. Copy it into a password manager, then press Make another to clear it.

Style
Use

A password protects you from a guesser. It does nothing if you hand it to a page that is not the one you meant. So the first question is the address in your bar, and only then how hard the password is to guess. The tools index lists the other checks.

Which screen is asking for the password?

At the time of writing (8 October 2026), OK Win’s page asked for a password in two places, and we typed into neither.

ScreenWhat we sawWhat to do
RegisterSet password and Confirm password boxes; we typed nothing, so we do not know what they acceptMake the password first, then put the same text in both boxes
Login, Phone Number tabA country code, a phone number and a Password boxA password you use nowhere else
Login, Email tabAn email box and a password boxThe same advice
Login screen, both tabsA Remember password optionLeave it unticked on a phone others use
Login screenA Forgot password? item, and a note: “If you forget your password, please contact customer service”We did not press the item, so we do not know what it asks

Before any of these, read the address bar. The page’s address forwards to a different domain on each visit, so you cannot compare it with one you saved. The address guide explains that, and the link checker reads any address you paste. Use a password you use nowhere else, so that one wrong page costs you one account.

What the tool says about password123

The tool opens on this very common example. It rates it Very weak. It finds two habits: a very common password (“password” is number 2 on its list of 200) and counting up. An attacker who knows those habits needs 48 guesses. One who tries every combination blindly needs about 1.3 × 10¹⁷.

If the attacker is…Speed assumedTime to reach it
A website that slows guessers downabout 100 tries an hour29 minutes
A website with no limit on tries10 tries a second5 seconds
A stolen password file, slow method10,000 a secondless than a second
A stolen password file, fast method10 billion a secondless than a second

These are round figures for four situations. We do not know how any platform stores passwords or limits guesses.

Five invented examples side by side

ExampleRatingGuesses if habits are knownStolen file, fast method
password123Very weak48less than a second
Priya@2001Very weak18.7 millionless than a second
okwin@2026Very weak624 thousandless than a second
tiger-lamp-river-stoneGood5.6 × 10¹⁷about 2 years
xK9#mQ2$vL7!Strong1.7 × 10²³about 528 thousand years

A name with a symbol and a year is a shape guessers try early, and it stays Very weak. Put the platform’s own name in it and the guess count drops from millions to hundreds of thousands. Length from unrelated words, or random characters, is what moves a password up.

Make one, then use it

  1. Press Make a password in the tool. It opens on sixteen random characters, and the Words option makes three to eight words instead. “Show what I type” starts ticked, so untick it if anyone can see your screen.
  2. Copy it into a password manager, or write it on paper that stays at home. It is shown in the page and nowhere else.
  3. Check the address bar of the page you are about to use.
  4. Paste it into Set password, then into Confirm password.

If it has already gone to the wrong page

Change that password everywhere you used it, from another device. If you gave card, bank or UPI details too, ring your bank first. Then call 1930 and report it at cybercrime.gov.in. The login guide has a row for each sign-in problem, and the register guide walks through the form.

What this checker cannot do

It estimates. It does not know the platform’s rules, how it keeps passwords or whether it limits tries, and it cannot see where you type the result. A good password is one defence, not all of them.

Made your password first? Good. The button opens OK Win’s Register page in a new tab. Read its address bar before you type.

Common questions

Is there a minimum length for the Set password box on OK Win?

We do not know. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the Register form showed Set password and Confirm password boxes, and we typed nothing into either, so we do not know what it accepts. Do not shorten a good password to fit a guess. If the form refuses yours, read the message on your screen.

Can I paste the password I already use on OK Win into the checker?

Test a look-alike instead. The checker runs in your browser and sends nothing, but you cannot easily prove that of any page. Keep the shape of your password, change every letter and digit, and read that result. Your real one then stays in your head or your password manager.

Does the checker treat the platform’s own name in a password as a giveaway?

Yes. Its short list of platform words holds 35 entries, among them wingo, aviator and okwin. So okwin@2026 is flagged as “a word tied to the platform” and reads Very weak at about 624 thousand guesses, against 18.7 million for Priya@2001, a name and a year. Anyone guessing an OK Win account would try the name early, so keep it out of your password.

What does the Remember password box on the login screen do?

We cannot say. The login screen showed a Remember password option, and we ticked and pressed nothing. A box like that usually keeps your password on the device you are using. On a phone that anyone else picks up, leave it unticked.

Why does the Confirm password box add no strength?

It only checks that you typed the same thing twice. The strength comes from what you chose, and the checker reads that one string. The box does catch a slip, such as a mistyped symbol, that would lock you out later.

Do four words or twelve random characters rate higher?

Twelve random characters. In the checker, xK9#mQ2$vL7! reads Strong at 1.7 × 10²³ guesses, while tiger-lamp-river-stone reads Good at 5.6 × 10¹⁷. Words are easier to remember, and a fifth word, as in river-lamp-stone-tiger-cloud, lifts them to Strong.
