OK Win Help: Deposits, Withdrawals, Support
Money problems start with two questions: which address am I paying on, and which screen shows the problem? This page goes through the Wallet tab as we saw it, how to read a payment link before you approve it, and where support can and cannot help.
Start with the address, then the screen
A payment goes to wherever the page tells your UPI app to send it. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the address our button opens forwarded us to a different address on each visit, so read the bar before the Wallet opens. The address guide shows how. A page at an address you cannot account for, asking you to pay, is the moment to stop.
Then find the screen. The bottom bar had Home, Activity, Promotion in the centre, Wallet and Account. The Wallet tab showed Total balance, Main wallet, 3rd party wallet and Main wallet transfer, with Deposit, Withdraw, Deposit history and Withdrawal history below, all at ₹0.00 until you log in. We opened no deposit or withdrawal screen.
Which screen is your problem on?
| Your problem | Where to look first | Then |
|---|---|---|
| A deposit has not shown | Your own UPI app for its status and reference; then Deposit history in Wallet | Wait for a stated time only if your own screen gives one. Do not pay again |
| A withdrawal has not arrived | Withdrawal history in Wallet | Compare with the times in the next section; then ask support from inside the page |
| The balance looks short | Main wallet against 3rd party wallet | Check which wallet holds the money before you decide it is missing |
| Someone asks for a fee, a tax or a “verification payment” to release money | Nowhere on the screens we saw | Stop and pay nothing |
| A person sends you a UPI link or QR | Not a screen of the page at all | Decode it before you approve it |
| You cannot get in | The login screen | See the login guide |
What the page’s notices say
The page has a notification list. The newest two, “Welcome to OK.Win” and “Deposit Guidelines”, are dated 2026-09-04; the others date from April 2024 to April 2025. In our own words, the notices claim that players must bind their own bank data, that deposits go by UPI with a UTR number entered afterwards, that a withdrawal order is processed within 1 to 2 hours and the bank then takes 1 to 3 business days, and that the self-service centre should be contacted if nothing arrives within 3 days. One notice is headed “Important Notice of Withdrawal Delay”; we recorded only its heading.
These are the page’s statements. We could not test any of them, and we do not know how they apply to you. If your screen says something different, believe your screen.
Read a payment link before you approve it
A UPI link carries four things: who is paid, how much, what the note says and the currency. The tool above decodes a made-up one. It would ask your UPI app to send ₹99 to “Customer Care Team”, at an ID made of a mobile number, and the tool flags a company-style name on a mobile-number ID. It rates that Medium. The name was typed by whoever made the link, and nobody checks it.
Nothing leaves your account until you approve it in your UPI app, usually with your PIN. As a rule, receiving money never needs your PIN, so a “refund” that asks for it is a payment out.
A deposit is not the number to watch
A deposit is what you put in. Turnover is the total you stake across rounds, and the edge in a game works on turnover. Winnings can be staked again, so a small deposit can carry a large turnover. At ₹50 a round for 60 rounds you stake ₹3,000. These are illustrations, because we could not read OK Win’s own rules.
| Illustration | Edge | Expected loss on ₹3,000 staked | Chance of finishing ahead |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two-way bet at 2× | 2.00% | ₹60 | 45% |
| Ten-outcome colour bet | 6.90% | ₹207 | 28% |
The typical swing is ± ₹380 on the first and ± ₹365 on the second. The games guide lets you set your own stake and hours, and the lottery guide covers that group of games.
Support: what we saw, and what we did not
The login screen says to contact customer service if you forget your password. Round icons float at the right edge of the home page, among them a prize wheel. We clicked none of them. A notice says live chat is gone. So we cannot tell you which support route works, who runs it or how fast it answers.
Three habits cost nothing. Use a support route only if you reached it from a page you chose. Ignore numbers and IDs from search results, comments and chats. Nobody who is really helping needs your password, your PIN or a code.
If money has gone
- Ring your bank first and ask it to block the card or UPI ID.
- Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Keep screenshots, your UPI references and the chat.
- Tele-MANAS 14416 gives free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour, if a loss is weighing on you.
What we are, and what we cannot do
We are an independent guide. We cannot find a missing deposit, release a withdrawal or speak to anyone on your behalf. Predictor apps that promise winning picks are covered in the hack guide.
This opens OK Win’s own page in a new tab. Read the address bar before you open the Wallet, and never pay on a page you cannot account for.

Common questions
My deposit left my bank but the OK Win balance did not change. Where do I look?
Start in your own UPI app and note the payment’s status and its reference number. Then open the Wallet tab and look at Deposit history. The page’s notice says a UTR number is entered after a UPI payment, but we opened no deposit screen and cannot say how it works for you. Do not pay a second time to “push” the first through; ask support from inside the page.
What do I copy when the deposit notice asks for a UTR?
Copy the reference your UPI app or bank shows for that payment, which is what a UTR is. The page’s notice says to enter it after paying. We have not seen that step, so read the instructions on your own screen, copy the number from your own app and never take one from a chat message.
What does the page say about how fast a withdrawal arrives?
We cannot say, because we opened no withdrawal screen. The page’s notices claim that an order is processed within 1 to 2 hours, that the bank then takes 1 to 3 business days, and that you should contact the self-service centre if nothing has arrived within 3 days. Those are the page’s statements, which we could not test.
Someone who says they are OK Win support sent me a UPI link. Should I approve it?
Do not approve it until you have read it. Paste the link into the decoder above. It shows who would be paid, how much and what the note says, and the name inside a link is typed by whoever made it, so nobody has checked it. Nobody helping you needs your PIN, and receiving money does not need it either.
What is the 3rd party wallet on the OK Win Wallet tab?
We do not know. The Wallet tab showed both, with a Total balance, a Main wallet transfer line and Deposit and Withdraw buttons, and the balances read ₹0.00 while we were logged out. We opened none of them. Go by what your own balance screen says, and ask support from inside the page if two figures confuse you.
Where did live chat go?
One notice on the page says live chat is gone and names a self-service support site. We opened nothing behind that notice and none of the round icons that float at the right edge of the screen, so we cannot tell you which route works or who answers. Use only a route you reach from a page you chose.
