OK Win Withdrawal Problem: Steps in Order
Find which state your withdrawal is in, pending, completed but not received, or rejected, and take the steps for that state in order. Whoever messages you about it, one request deserves a flat no: a fee, a tax or a recharge before the money is released.
A withdrawal can be stuck in three different ways, and each has a different next step. Find the state first, then read the address you are on, because a stuck withdrawal can attract replies from strangers.
Which state is it in?
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the Wallet tab listed Withdraw and Withdrawal history, and one notice carried the heading “Important Notice of Withdrawal Delay”. We opened no withdrawal screen and recorded only that heading.
| What you see | What we can say | First step |
|---|---|---|
| Pending or processing | A notice claims an order is processed within 1 to 2 hours | Let that time run on your own clock. Do not resubmit |
| Completed, but nothing in your bank | The notices claim the bank then takes 1 to 3 business days | Search your statement and UPI app, then check the bound bank details |
| Rejected or failed | We could not read what reasons the page gives | Read the reason line on your screen and compare the bound details |
| Nothing after 3 days | A notice says to contact the self-service centre | Write once, with the record below |
The steps, in order
- Photograph the history line: amount, time, status and any order number.
- Check the bound details. The page’s notice says players must bind their own bank data, so wherever your screen shows the account you bound, compare it with the one you are watching.
- Search your bank side. Look at your statement and UPI app for a credit under a name you do not know.
- Write down your dates. Take your request time, add the notice’s 1 to 2 hours, then 1 to 3 business days, and note the earliest and latest date it gives.
- Wait through that window, then ask from inside the page. The live chat guide shows where the page says help sits.
- Keep every message in one place. If nothing moves, use the complaint guide.
These times are the page’s claims, not ours. If your own screen gives different ones, believe your screen.
The reply a stuck withdrawal can attract
People post stuck withdrawals in groups and comments, and some replies offer help for a price. The tool above reads the words of a message. Every row here is an invented message.
| Invented message | Reading | What matched |
|---|---|---|
| “Your withdrawal of ₹12,000 is pending. Recharge ₹2,000 first to unlock your balance. Offer valid today only.” | High, 75 | Pay in before you withdraw (60); hurry (15) |
| “Withdrawal blocked. Pay a tax of ₹1,800 to release your winnings.” | High, 100 | Pay in before you withdraw (60); payment up front (45); the score stops at 100 |
| “Your withdrawal is stuck. Pay a ₹500 verification fee and it will be credited today.” | High, 85 | Pay in before you withdraw (60); a processing-type fee (25) |
| “We are the support team. Send your bank account number and I will fix the withdrawal.” | Medium, 40 | A request for bank details (40) |
| “Your withdrawal is pending. Please wait for the bank to process it.” | Low, 0 | Nothing |
The last row shows the limit. A Low reading says only that no usual warning words appeared. It cannot see who sent the message, and a message that sounds calm can still come from someone you did not ask.
A message that asks you to pay a fee, tax, recharge or “verification payment” before money is released is a request from whoever wrote it. We opened no withdrawal screen, so check your own; if the page itself ever shows a charge, ask from inside the page, never the sender of a message. A first payment to a stranger is often followed by a second.
If money went to a stranger
- Call your bank first and ask it to block the UPI ID or card.
- Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Keep the chat and the payment screens. Do not delete them.
- Pay nobody who offers to recover it.
The deposit guide covers money going the other way, and the help guide maps the rest of the Wallet tab. The proof screenshots guide covers the screenshots that groups post.
What we cannot tell you
We are an independent guide, not OK Win. We cannot release, trace or speed up a withdrawal, and we do not know how long yours will take.
Common questions
My withdrawal says completed but my bank shows nothing. What do I check next?
Look in your bank statement and your UPI app for a credit from a name you do not know, because the sender’s name may not say OK Win. Then confirm that the bank details you bound are the account you are checking. The notice says the bank then takes 1 to 3 business days, so count from the completed time if your own Withdrawal history shows one.
What does it mean that players must bind their own bank data?
The page’s notice says the bank data bound to an account must be the player’s own. For a stuck withdrawal, that gives you one check: wherever your screen shows the bank details you bound, compare them with the account you are watching. A mismatch is something to report, not a diagnosis, because we do not know how the page treats one.
How many days should I wait before I write?
The page’s notices give a window: processing within 1 to 2 hours, then 1 to 3 business days at the bank, and contact the self-service centre if nothing has arrived within 3 days. They are the page’s statements and we could not test them. Work out your own dates from your request time and write them down before you ask.
Should I send a second withdrawal request while the first is pending?
We cannot say how the page treats a second request, because we opened no withdrawal screen. One request and one record keeps the question simple, and a second may only add a line to explain. Read your screen, and if it says nothing, ask once from inside the page.
A Telegram channel promises a withdrawal problem solution. Is it a route?
No. A channel is a place where anyone can post, and a post saying a stuck withdrawal can be released is an offer from the poster, not from the page. The next line is often a fee. Reach help from a page you chose, as the live chat guide describes.
I already paid a fee to a person who said it would release my withdrawal. What now?
Stop paying, whatever the person says next. Ring your bank to block the UPI ID, call 1930, and report at cybercrime.gov.in with screenshots of the chat and the payment. Do not pay a recovery fee to anyone who offers to get the money back. Tele-MANAS 14416 is there if the loss is weighing on you.
