OK Win Deposit Not Received: UTR First
Open your UPI app before you open OK Win’s page. Note the payment’s status, who was paid, the amount, the time and the UTR, the reference number of that one payment. With those five facts you can tell whether to ask the page, your bank or 1930.
Two people can both say “my OK Win deposit has not arrived” and have two different problems. The difference is who received the money. Settle that first, then read the address you paid on.
Who did you pay?
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the page’s “Deposit Guidelines” notice, dated 2026-09-04, says deposits go by UPI and that a UTR number is entered afterwards. We opened no deposit screen, so we cannot say who the page names as payee or what it asks you to type. Your own UPI app knows who was paid.
| The payee in your UPI app | What it points to | Go to |
|---|---|---|
| The name and ID the page’s deposit screen showed you | A deposit meant for the page | Compare with Deposit history, then ask from inside the page |
| A person’s name or a mobile-number ID that a chat, a video or an “agent” gave you | A payment outside the page | Your bank, then 1930 |
| A shop-style name you cannot match to anything on the page | Unknown | Treat it as the row above until you can match it |
| No payee: the app shows pending or failed | A bank-side status | Wait for your bank’s final status |
The address you are reading matters too. The button on this site opens a page that forwards to one of several domains, so the address can differ from visit to visit; read the bar with the address guide before you look at any balance.
Find the UTR
- Open your UPI app and go to its payment history.
- Tap the payment and open its details.
- Look for UTR, UPI Ref No., UPI transaction ID or reference number.
- Copy the number from the app. Do not retype it from a screenshot.
A UTR is a unique transaction reference, the long number that identifies one transfer. Apps label it differently, and an app’s own ID can sit beside it.
Five facts to compare and record
| Fact | Where to read it | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Status | UPI app | Pending is not failed, and failed is not success |
| Payee name and ID | Payment details | It should match what the page showed you |
| Amount | Payment details | Compare it with the Deposit history line |
| Date and time | Payment details | Lets support find one payment among many |
| UTR | Payment details | The one number a search can start from |
On the page, the Wallet tab lists Deposit history among its entries. Its balances read ₹0.00 while we were logged out, and we opened nothing further.
Read the payee before anything else
The decoder above holds an invented link: ₹850 to “Quick Mart” at quickmart@okhdfcbnk. It reads Medium, 35 points, for one reason: the ending is one letter off @okhdfcbank, a bank ending its list knows. The fixed amount is only a note and adds nothing. Nothing here is a real shop.
| Invented link | Reading | Why |
|---|---|---|
| ₹850 to “Quick Mart” at quickmart@okhdfcbnk | Medium, 35 | Bank ending one letter changed (35); the fixed amount adds 0 |
| ₹2,000 to “Deposit Support Team” at 9876543210@ybl | Medium, 35 | A company-style name on a mobile-number ID (35); the fixed amount adds 0 |
| A person’s name on 9876543210@ybl, amount left to you | Low, 0 | Nothing odd in the text |
The last row is not a green light. The tool cannot see whose number it is, so Low means only that the text held nothing unusual.
Raise it from inside the page
- Wait for a time your own deposit screen states, and do not pay again.
- Open the page by a route you chose, and read the address bar.
- Write once, with the five facts and screenshots that show the address bar.
- Keep the reply. The live chat guide shows where the page says help sits.
When it is a bank and 1930 matter
If you paid a stranger, an “agent” or an ID that a chat supplied, call your bank first and ask it to block the UPI ID. Then call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Do not pay a “release fee”. Tele-MANAS 14416 gives free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour. The withdrawal problem guide covers the other direction, and the help guide maps the Wallet tab.
We are an independent guide. We cannot find a payment, credit a balance or speak to a bank for you.
Common questions
Where exactly is the UTR in my UPI app?
Open the app’s payment history, tap the payment, and look at its details for a line called UTR, UPI Ref No., UPI transaction ID or reference number. The label differs by app, and the number is a long one. Copy it from the app itself, never from a chat message that claims to know it.
My app shows two long numbers for one payment. Which one is the UTR?
Many apps print their own transaction ID beside the bank’s reference. The notice on the page speaks of a UTR number, so take the number your app labels UTR or UPI reference. If the page’s deposit screen says which one it wants, follow your screen; we opened no deposit screen and cannot say.
The money left my bank but Deposit history is empty. Is it lost?
Not on that evidence alone. An empty list has several possible causes: the payment may still be pending at your bank, it may have gone to a different payee than the one the page’s deposit screen named, or the page may expect a step from you, such as the UTR the notice mentions. We opened no deposit screen and cannot say which applies. Check the status in your UPI app first, then compare the payee with what the deposit screen showed you.
Why do you say not to pay a second time?
A second payment gives you two problems instead of one, and the first is not made any faster. The first may still be pending, and both could then go through. Wait for your UPI app to show success or failure, then write once with the five facts and your screenshots.
I paid a number a chat gave me and now nothing shows. Can the page fix it?
Probably not. A payment to a person’s ID or an ‘agent’ outside the page goes from your bank to that person, and we do not know that the page can see it at all. Ring your bank at once to ask it to block the UPI ID, then call 1930 and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Keep the chat and the payment screen.
Does the decoder tell me whether I paid OK Win?
No. It reads the text of a payment link: who would be paid, how much and what the note says. The name in a link is typed by whoever made it, and nobody checks it. Compare the payee in your own UPI app with what the page’s deposit screen showed you.
