OK Win Complaint: Where to Report a Problem
A complaint goes in order: the page’s own support route with a saved record, your bank or UPI app’s dispute if money moved, then 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in if you were defrauded. We print no complaint number for OK Win, because we cannot check who would answer one.
A complaint reaches the right person only if it goes to the right place first. Ask where the problem happened, then check the address you are writing from, because the button on this site forwards to one of several domains, so the address can differ from visit to visit.
Where did the problem happen?
| Where it happened | Report it first to |
|---|---|
| Inside the page: a balance, a wallet line, a locked account | The page’s own support route, with a saved record |
| A payment left your account for the wrong place | Your bank or UPI app’s dispute option |
| You paid a stranger, an “agent”, or someone who asked for a fee | Your bank, then 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in |
| A “support” message reached you first | Block it; if you gave a code or paid, treat it as a fraud |
| Play has stopped feeling like a choice | Tele-MANAS 14416 |
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the only support route we saw was the page’s own: its notices speak of a self-service centre and of customer service. We opened none. The live chat guide shows what the notices say.
The order
- Record first. Photograph the screen, the status and the address bar before anything changes.
- Ask inside the page, from a route you chose, in one message with the evidence.
- Use your bank or UPI app if money moved. Look for Help or a dispute option in the payment’s details.
- Call 1930 and report at cybercrime.gov.in if a stranger took the money or a code.
- Call Tele-MANAS 14416 if the loss or the play is weighing on you. It is free, confidential and open every hour.
No step promises an outcome, and we do not know how any of them will answer you.
The order follows who can see what. Only the page can see your account, so a problem inside it starts there. Your bank holds the record of every payment from your account, so a payment problem goes there whoever is at fault. A fraud report goes to 1930 and the portal because a report is how the people there learn of it.
Evidence worth keeping
| Keep | Why |
|---|---|
| Screenshots with the address bar in view | They show which address you were on |
| Payment details: payee, amount, time, UTR | The only numbers a bank or an agency can search |
| The whole chat with anyone who contacted you | It shows who asked for what |
| Every reply, with its date | It shows what you were told |
| A note of what you did, in order | Memory fades quickly |
Do not post this evidence in public groups. People who have lost access or money can be found there by others offering to “recover” it.
A short, complete message
Six short lines are enough. Leave out anger and guesses.
Account: [your ID or phone number, as the page shows it]
What happened: [one sentence]
When: [date and time]
Amount and UTR: [from your UPI app]
Already done: [what you tried, in order]
I ask: [one thing]
The deposit and withdrawal guides list the facts for those cases.
The number you are looking for
People search “okwin complaint number” hoping for a line to ring. The tool above reads the shape of a number, and its readings show why a shape is not an answer.
| Number | The tool’s reading |
|---|---|
| 1930 | A short number: the national cyber-fraud helpline |
| 14416 | A short number: Tele-MANAS, free and confidential, open every hour |
| 98765 43210 (invented) | Fits the Indian mobile format; whose it is, the tool cannot say |
| 1800 123 4567 (invented) | Toll-free form: the type of line, never who answers |
Only the first two belong to a body we can name. A number from a video, a comment or a chat can be written by anyone. Paste a number into the phone number checker to see its type, and read the customer care number guide and the help guide before you ring a number you cannot account for.
What we cannot do
We are an independent guide, not OK Win. We cannot lodge a complaint for you, and we cannot say who runs the page.
Common questions
Can I make an OK Win complaint through 1930?
1930 takes reports of cyber-fraud, so it fits when you lost money to a stranger, an ‘agent’ or a fake support message. Whether a dispute over a game result counts is for the people who answer to say, and we do not know. Call, say plainly what happened, and have your payment details and screenshots beside you.
What is the difference between 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in?
1930 is the national cyber-fraud helpline, a phone number. cybercrime.gov.in is the national cybercrime reporting portal, a website. After a fraud, keep the same facts in front of you for both: the amounts, the times, the payee and the screenshots.
How can I complain when I do not know who runs OK Win?
The routes below do not depend on knowing. A problem inside the page starts with the page’s own support route, whatever your screen shows it to be. Your bank or UPI app deals with a payment from your account, whoever received it. 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in take reports about fraud, and we cannot say who runs the page.
How long should I wait for a reply before I move to the next step?
We read no stated reply time. One notice speaks of 3 days, but that is about when to contact the self-service centre over a withdrawal, not how fast it replies. Set your own deadline, write it beside the date you sent the message, and move on when it passes. Do not wait for money that a stranger is asking you to move.
A video gives an OK Win complaint number. Should I ring it?
Treat it as a stranger’s number. Anyone can put a number under a video, in a comment or in a search result, and the digits show a line type and never who answers. Reach the page through a route you chose, and use the phone numbers listed on this page, which are 1930 and 14416.
What does my bank need from me when I report a payment?
Ask your bank, because each bank’s form differs. Have ready the date and time, the amount, the payee name and ID in your UPI app, and the UTR. Say whether you paid through the page’s deposit screen or paid a person who contacted you. The bank may ask which.
